The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and software licenses once:
- the customer has expressly agreed that the performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
- the customer has confirmed that he is aware that by giving his consent he loses his right of withdrawal,
- and the digital service has been provided, downloaded or activated.
